At Painted Paper, we want you to love your home decor, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible items. Please ensure products are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
