How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need?
We recommend measuring the width and height of your walls in feet and multiplying them to get the total square footage. Always add 10-15% extra for pattern matching and trimming.
What is the lead time for custom hand-painted orders?
Since each piece is crafted by hand, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves our studio.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Painted Paper ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I return wallpaper if I ordered too much?
We accept returns on unopened, full rolls within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-sized murals and samples are non-refundable.
Are your paints and materials eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We use water-based, non-toxic inks and FSC-certified paper to ensure our products are safe for your home and the environment.
How should I clean my Painted Paper products?
Our wallpapers are wipeable; simply use a soft, damp cloth without harsh chemicals to gently clean the surface.
